Location: Worcester, MA

Shift: 8:00am-4:30pm Monday-Friday

Pay: $23/hour

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced logistics environment, enjoys administrative work, and isn’t afraid to jump in on the warehouse floor when needed.

Job Duties:

·        Prepare and manage shipping paperwork including BOLs, packing lists, labels)

• Process orders in internal systems with accuracy and timeliness
• Coordinate load planning to support efficient outbound shipments
• Communicate with clients regarding order status, requirements, and scheduling
• Support warehouse operations as needed, including:
  • Picking and staging orders
  • Systematic receiving and inventory updates
  • Assisting with workflow coordination between office and floor teams
• Maintain organized records and ensure data accuracy across all logistics systems

Qualifications:

·        Experience in logistics, transportation, warehousing, or a related administrative role

• Strong attention to detail and comfort working with shipping documents and data
• Ability to learn and navigate logistics or ERP systems
• Clear communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
• Willingness to support warehouse tasks when needed
