Duties / Responsibilities: 1. Data entry all information from applications in to Worker Portal. 2. Review supporting documents. 3. Customer service as needed to get information from consumer. 4. Utilizing multiple computer programs. 5. Reports any issues of concern and/or problems to the attention of the Manager. 6. Other duties as assigned. Education Required: High school diploma or equivalent. Skills / Knowledge Required: Excellent oral and written communication. PC literate, including Microsoft Office products. Strong organizational skills, excellent interpersonal skills, must be able to communicate effectively and professionally, verbally and in writing, to all segments of the population. Ability to type at least 30 WPM and accurately on PC. Experience Preferred: Prior administrative or clerical work experience in a professional office environment.
Must be able to type 35 WPM and pass a Computer Literacy test.
Must be able to work well with others, but also take the initiative to problem solve.
40 hour work week, weekly pay
$10.50/hour, entry level position
