MIG & TIG Welder

Department: Welding
Pay: $20.00 – $30.00/hour, based on experience and weld test
Shift: Monday – Friday, 1st Shift (5:00am – 3:30pm) or 2nd Shift (3:30pm – 2:00am) with occasional mandatory Saturday overtime
Overview: We’re hiring skilled MIG & TIG Welders to join our metal fabrication team. This role is ideal for welders with strong attention to detail who are experienced with MIG and TIG welding on metal components.

Requirements:

• Must have proficiency in MIG and TIG welding
• Ability to pass a weld test demonstrating skill and precision
• Experience with metalwork and interpreting blueprints

Responsibilities:

• Perform MIG and TIG welding to fabricate metal components according to specifications
• Conduct quality inspections to ensure welds meet high standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, following safety protocols

Machinist

West Monroe, LA

Pay Range: $20.00/hour to $30.00/hour

Responsibilities:

• Perform required job functions in a safe and efficient manner.
• Perform job functions in a manner that promotes Quality per company Standards.  
• Must be dependable in regard to attendance.
• Must be willing to work overtime when required.
• Must be willing to learn and perform other tasks of operation as required.
• Shift work may be required.
• Set up, operate, and maintain large, medium and small lathes, mills, drills, vertical lathes and other related machine shop equipment used for new manufacture and repair of paper machine rolls.
• Must be familiar with operation and tooling of many different types of machines.
• Have experience in lifting and moving heavy loads with an overhead crane.
• Have experience in setups used in machining practices on large equipment.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma preferred 
• Experienced operator preferred with background as machinist in Paper Mill roll repair
• A trainee may be considered if they exhibit the requirements as detailed under general responsibilities
