Job Summary: Using a variety of hand and power tools, fixtures, work instructions, and test equipment, perform a series of operations to correctly assemble and test LED products.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Follow detailed assembly instructions, processes, and procedures.
• Comply with company policies, guidelines, and requirements as outlined in the employee manual.
• Report issues related to quality, processes, equipment, and materials to the Production Supervisor.
• Provide hands-on training to coworkers as needed.
• Work with small wires and delicate electronic components.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and understand procedures and diagrams written in English.
• Familiarity with hand tools (e.g., screwdrivers, pliers, manual rivet guns).
• Ability to communicate effectively within a team environment.
• Familiarity with power tools (e.g., drills, heat guns, pneumatic rivet guns).
• Soldering experience preferred but not required.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to use hands for assembly processes.
• Ability to frequently sit, stand, walk, reach within arm’s length, stoop, kneel, and crouch.
• Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 20 pounds.
• Specific vision requirements include close vision and color vision.
