• Diagnose and Identify complex problems through troubleshooting related to mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and PLC system Machinery and coordinating repairs
• Collaborate with other technicians, engineers, and suppliers.
• Find a balance between not giving up on problem and having equipment down for too long and calling others for support (technical support, coworkers, suppliers) with the goal to keep downtime to minimum and make equipment reliable
• Execute preventive maintenance work orders that are scheduled with production
• Plan the time and material needed for the job to minimize downtime
• Clean and replace components of machinery as needed and defined in the preventive maintenance strategy
• Give feedback to improve the preventive maintenance program
