Customer Experience Rep with AS400 Knowledge
Pay: $18.00/Hour
Schedule: 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday thru Friday (requires flexibility)

Job Duties:
- Answer Customer Calls – assisting with effective solutions to technical/quality issues regarding order status, warranty and/or returns.
- Engage with Customers resolving/replying to product reviews, emails, order requests/issues or other feedback
- Manage and track orders through to shipment while ensuring customer satisfaction with internal & external customers
- Promote sales by utilizing product and customer knowledge (previous orders, etc.)
- Ensure customer always walks away happy – 100% resolution.
- Troubleshooting maintenance on shipping process
- Ensure EDI documents are processed correctly
- 1 yr. previous customer service experience
- Fluent in English & Spanish (written & spoken)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
- Knowledge of CRM and/or SAP
