Job Summary:

Warehouse Associate is responsible for performing a variety of functions in a Warehouse/Distribution Center to ensure on time shipping and delivery of product to customers.

Depending on the shift, focus may be either picking, packing , receiving or a combination of the three.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Accurate picking, packing and shipping of material
• Receive incoming shipments
• Verifies for correctness
• Operate material handling equipment

Pay range of $30 hr – DOE

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supervise and organize a team of carpenters on a construction site
• Read and interpret blueprints and drawings to plan and execute projects
• Build, install, and repair structures made of wood, such as walls, floors, and roofs
• Use hand and power tools to measure, cut, and shape wood and other materials
• Plan and manage the schedule and budget for a project, including ordering and tracking materials and equipment
• Ensure that work is completed safely, on time, and to quality standards
• Communicate effectively with clients and other contractors to ensure that projects meet their needs and expectations
• Train and mentor apprentices and other carpenters to develop their skills and knowledge
• Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures to optimize efficiency and effectiveness on the construction site
