• Has an excellent understanding of the flow of work from Internal Operations to Production floor, and to Packing and Shipping
• Maintains all item information, decorating standards and production department run rates current within Syteline
• Works closely with production departments to assigns items to machine ensuring efficient daily scheduling and maximizing department capacity
• Communicates all information required by Supervisors and others to assure job quality and on-time delivery of goods to customers
• Provides large order quotes for production lead times and other required information
• Ensures that all Same Day requests are prioritized and pushed through the system
• Ensures timely communication with customers when orders do not ship as requested
• Handles Order updates needing a traveler change
• Ensures other Order status updates are followed up upon
• Helps Internal Operations with Product Decorating questions
• Expedites and follows up on all Urgent Customer Requests

Be delivery focused with strong attention to detail and an ability to work under pressure.
Experience in extrusion/Moulding techniques desired but not necessary.
Troubleshoots, repairs and conducts maintenance on equipment.
