Duties and Responsibilities:

Strong Process Development skills and experience required; experience with setting up and troubleshooting all standard printed circuit board assembly processes: Screen-Printer set-up, Placement Programming, AOI Programming, Reflow Oven Profile, Wave Solder Recipes, etc. Experience with CAM software such as UNI CAM or AEGIS a big plus. Working knowledge of ISO 9001 AS9100 practices and IPC-610-A Workmanship Standards required Support the production schedule to meet customer satisfaction and company revenue goals. Constantly monitor processes and operations and draw from training and experience to identify opportunities for improvement Support generation and reporting of process metrics. Required Experience, Skills & Abilities: Minimum of five years of hands-on experience in printed circuit board assembly is required. A BS Degree in a related engineering discipline or equivalent experience is required. Strong Mechanical or Electro-Mechanical Background preferred Flexibility and ability to manage multiple and competing priorities. Ability to multi-task with strong sense of urgency. • The Sanitation Worker (Cheese Processing) breaks down, prepares and sanitizes equipment related to cheese-making production in compliance with company policies, including Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and safety requirements

Essential Responsibilities:

Effectively utilizes sanitation equipment, e.g., hoses, chemical foaming systems and equipment wash systems which require computer entry.

Ensures sanitation quality standard activities are met to ensure all production systems are ready for startup.

 Ensures that accurate sanitation records are kept and maintained including but not limited to sanitation pre-op logs, titration logs and charts.

Maintains excellent communication with co-workers and supervision and informs appropriate parties on a timely basis when issues with Cleaning in Place (CIP) systems or other equipment occurs.

Overall Job Duties: 

Packages assigned products manually or using machines designed to perform one or more of the packaging functions such as filling, labeling, banding, tying, wrapping, marking and packing containers, by

a. Retrieving bulk material and the containers, closures, and/or labels for the product to be packaged.

b. Cleaning the containers (and closures) to be filled.

c. Checking and ensuring the cleanliness and functionality of the equipment and utensils to be used in the filling operation.

d. Loading the hopper or the equipment to be used in the filling operation.

e. Inserting or pouring the prescribed amount of product into each container.

f. Closing the filed container with the prescribed closure.

g. If applicable, labeling and marking the filled container with label.

h. Packing the filled, marked containers in bags, boxes, and/or cartons as appropriate.

j. Confirming the number of units filled by manual or mechanical counts.

Position Summary: 

The Detailer Supervisor will report to the General Manager and will be responsible for supervising the Wichita detailer team. The Detailer Supervisor will oversee the daily cleanliness of the seated coaches, the cleanliness of the Wichita office and shop buildings, along with scheduling the coaches for repairs and vinyl prep. This is a Full-Time position, the schedule includes days, nights, and weekends. 

The ideal candidate for this position would be someone who is able to adapt to a very diverse schedule every week with the ability to work overtime as needed.

• Complete minor interior repairs on coaches as needed.
• Schedule equipment with body shops for repairs on Wichita based buses.
• Schedule and order vinyl with vendors as necessary for entire fleet.
• Manage custodial position(s) for the Wichita office.
