What you’ll do on a typical day:

• Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email
• Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner
• Diagnose, assess and resolve problems or issues
• Monitor progress of delivery routes
• Scan haul-away pods and verify stamps
• Process changes or cancellations to delivery orders
• SAP / Prism Experience
• Receiving Experience
• Material Quality Inspection / Verification
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment. At a minimum, you’ll need: 
• Experience with Microsoft Office programs such as MS Project, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

It’d be great if you also have:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-year related experience preferably within a call center environment
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to satisfactorily resolve issues 
• Solid ability to multitask with exceptional organizational skills
• Ability to thrive under pressure while delivering solutions that exceed customer expectations

Schedule of the Warehouse Clerk:

1st shift

Mon-Fri

7:00am-3:30pm

What you’ll do on a typical day:

• Process orders and maintain inventory into a Warehouse Management System (WMS) 
• Perform data entry tasks
• Research and correct transaction errors
• Handle domestic and international shipping documents

What you need to succeed: At a minimum, you'll need:

• 1 year of warehouse experience
• Ability to speak, read (fine print) and write in English
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel

This job requires the ability to: 

• Lift objects of various shapes, sizes and weights
• Bend, stoop, squat, twist, push and pull 
• Stand, sit or walk for long periods of time
• Use hands and fingers to handle or feel tools or equipment 
• Tolerate hot or cold warehouse environments It'd be great if you also have: 
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, with possible overtime when needed 
• Experience entering and maintaining information in a WMS 
• High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities of the Order Picker/Packer:

• Skill requirements include ability to perform physical order picking , packing, stocking and kitting skills as well as other opportunities within areas
• Knowledge of basic data entry, counting, weighing and safe work practices, such as no cell phone use while in work area is required.
• Must be accurate and detail oriented .
• Reading orders and check lists as well as documentation.
• Able to work in an organized and structured department . 
• Lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Use of Pallet jack. No Forklift
