 Pay: $18–$19/hr | Monday to Friday – 8 am to 5 pm

Are you organized, reliable, and customer-service savvy? We’re looking for an Operations Clerk to support our customer service team and help keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.

This position is a clerical support role with a focus on accuracy, communication, and teamwork. It’s a great opportunity for someone looking to grow into a long-term position!

Key Responsibilities:

• Support customer service team as a backup when needed

• Handle clerical tasks: answering phones, filing, emails, photocopying, etc.

• Review shipment photos and documentation for accuracy and compliance

• Communicate with managers and request approval before shipment

• Finalize and close out shipment orders

• Generate daily reports on items pending approval

• Ensure shipment info meets destination country guidelines

Term: Permanent

Pay: $50,000 – $60,000/year + uncapped commission

Notes:

• This position covers Helena and Great Falls, applicants can live in either location.

• This is not a VA location.

Qualifications:

• Compliance with healthcare facility credentialing process (if applicable)
• Applicants must possess valid driver’s license in state of residence (if applicable)

Education and/or Experience

• Four year college degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience

• Experience in respiratory or medical sales is preferred

• Leadership Experience in other areas or fields
