Westaff is Hiring for 1st and 2nd shift Production Line Workers in Meriden, CT!

Pay Rate: $17.50 - $19 / hour, depending on experience

1st Shift: 7am - 3pm

2nd Shift: 3pm - 11pm

Overtime is available!

Production Line Requirements:

As a Production Line Associate, you will support daily manufacturing operations by performing hands-on tasks such as stuffing, packing, material handling, and general line support. Responsibilities include:

• Working on a fast-paced production line
• Preparing, loading, and handling materials
• Supporting stuffing or packing functions as assigned
• Maintaining quality and consistency throughout each shift
• Following safety and cleanliness standards
• Collaborating with team members and shift leads

Production Line Qualifications:

• Experience working in food production
• Ability to work full-time with overtime as needed
• Reliability and strong work ethic
• Comfort working in a fast-paced production environment
• Willingness to learn and adapt as the line ramps up
• Team-oriented mindset
