• Processing of all 110 raw material receipts. Control of internal (100 Hyde warehouse) and external (supplier based) receipts and transactions: raw/VARCPTS/110 rack locations,  and/or delivery of material to QC when incoming inspection is required or staging to assembly lines
• Processing of all 110 outbound shipments (returns, vendor samples, outside process vendors) 
• Coordination of outside processes: creation/monitoring/tracking/expediting of phantom purchase orders. Proper preparation of shipments including packing and documentation for outside processes.
• Provide backup/support to material handling/crib functions.
• Ensure that procedures for kit shortages are adhered to and promptly reported to responsible production planner.
• Manage requisition process for efficient movement of raw materials from 100 to 110.
• Ensure that quantities above MO quantity on non-build thru parts are counted and actual quantities are stocked and transacted.  Further, review that raw material required to produce overage parts has been correctly issued into the MO.
• Maintain regular housekeeping of the 110 Receiving office area/stage lanes. 
• Maintain or have the ability to obtain fork truck certification.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Recommended Experience for Outside Processing Coordinator:

Ground Rigger

• Load and unload trucks.
• Read and comprehend floor plans and engineered drawings.
• Perform truss layout and assembly.
• Position and set chain motors.
• Mount lighting elements and other Audio/Video equipment on truss systems.
• Run cabling to power motors and elements.
• Assemble graphics and signage.
• Provide ground support to up riggers.
• Use hand tools including, but not limited to, wrenches and socket sets.

Lighting Techs:

• Load and unload trucks.
• Set and strike truss and lighting systems.
• Identify lighting element types.
• Mount lighting elements to truss systems.
• Use of various rigging knots.
• Assemble light trees.
• Identify cables and run power.

Audio Tech:

• Load and unload trucks.
• Set and strike audio equipment.
• Identify miscellaneous mic cables.
• Run mic cables to multi-channel boards.
• Operate audio boards.
• Work with presenters for proper mic positioning and sound quality.

Video Tech:

• Load and unload trucks.
• Set up and focus projectors.
• Set up fast fold screens.
• Operate cameras.
• Run video cabling.
• Video switch and recording.
• Virtual conferencing.

Meeting Room Techs:

• Load and unload trucks.
• Set up projectors, fast fold screens, audio equipment and computers for conferences.
• Provide support to presenters.
• Troubleshoot when necessary.
• Open presentation files for presenters.

Speaker Ready Techs: 

• Load and unload trucks.
• Assist presenters with the uploading of presentation into server network.
• Assist presenters with modifications to presentations.
• Customer services and ability to interact with high-profile presenters in a professional manner.
• Set up computers, monitors, and temporary network.

Westaff is Looking for Painters Located in Farmington CT!

Schedule: Monday – Friday

Hours: 11:00pm – 7:00am (will need to be OK training on 1st shift for about a month)

Salary: $17.85 per hour

Requirements for Painter:

• Follow oral and written instructions while using close vision to read CAD drawings and or manufacturing order for operating parameters.

• Prepare manufactured part for coating by masking and prepping work surface.

• Lift or move up to 50 pounds loading and unloading manufactured parts to and from the paint conveyor.

• Select powder coatings to produce desired color. Turn sprayer valves and nozzle to regulate width and pressure of spray. Pull trigger to apply prime or finish coat to work surface.

Duties for Painter: 

• Demonstrate accuracy, thoroughness, and monitor own work to ensure quality by inspecting operation output for process quality and consistency. Maintain quality standards as determined by customer specifications.

• Maintain a clean work area. Clean spray equipment and brushes with solvent.

• Incur occasional exposure to fumes or airborne particles, heat and moving mechanical parts.

• Balance team and individual responsibilities, establish and maintain positive working relationships, contribute to building a positive team spirit and support everyone’s efforts to succeed.

• Diagnose electrical  and mechanical problems and determine how to correct them, checking blueprints, repair manual, on line solutions or parts catalogs, as necessary.

Maintenance Technician Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a repair technician or other similar positions, preferably in an industrial setting.

Responsibilities:

• High production custom millwork facility.
