Cheese Line Production Operator – 3rd Shift

Middlebury, VT | Rotating Schedule | Overtime + Weekend & Holiday Rotation Required

We’re looking for reliable, hands-on team members to help keep our cheese production line running safely and efficiently. If you like consistent overnight work, enjoy staying active, and want to grow your skills in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, this role is a solid fit.

Schedule

• Shift: 8:00 PM – 4:00 AM
• Rotating days off
• Weekend & holiday rotation required
• Overtime as needed

Your Responsibilities

• Follow all safety rules and maintain a safe work environment
• Operate production equipment with accuracy and attention to detail
• Keep pace with product flow to support continuous operations
• Adhere to all standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation
• Perform physical tasks including pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 50 lbs

Physical Requirements

• Comfortable bending, standing, and performing repetitive tasks for 8–10 hours
• Able to lift, push, and pull 50 lbs on a regular basis
• Able to work effectively in a fast-moving production setting
