Cheese Line Production Operator – 3rd Shift
Middlebury, VT | Rotating Schedule | Overtime + Weekend & Holiday Rotation Required
We’re looking for reliable, hands-on team members to help keep our cheese production line running safely and efficiently. If you like consistent overnight work, enjoy staying active, and want to grow your skills in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, this role is a solid fit.
Schedule
- Shift: 8:00 PM – 4:00 AM
- Rotating days off
- Weekend & holiday rotation required
- Overtime as needed
Your Responsibilities
- Follow all safety rules and maintain a safe work environment
- Operate production equipment with accuracy and attention to detail
- Keep pace with product flow to support continuous operations
- Adhere to all standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Maintain a clean, organized workstation
- Perform physical tasks including pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 50 lbs
Physical Requirements
- Comfortable bending, standing, and performing repetitive tasks for 8–10 hours
- Able to lift, push, and pull 50 lbs on a regular basis
- Able to work effectively in a fast-moving production setting
