• Serve as Health Benefits Representative (HBR) for the State Health Plan.
• Facilitate annual enrollment for State Health Plan and Section 125 flexible benefits.
• Communicate with benefit vendors on enrollments, termination, and changes.
• Any other duties as assigned.

Education and /or Experience:

• Graduate from a four-year college or university.
• 4 years of experience in HR Administration in a technical or admin capacity or equivalent combination of training and experience.
• Knowledge of Benefit Administration, including but not limited to health plans, voluntary benefits, flexible benefits, ACA compliance, etc.
• Working knowledge and proficient level of experience with Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Excellent oral and written skills
• Have a knowledge of FMLA Guidelines
• Be able to address one on one employee related questions and provide guidance concerning their benefits
• Benefit Plan Knowledge-Open Enrollment
• Experience in working in an Office setting.
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain/Update Sale’s Desk Binders
• Assist with List Pricing spreadsheets, as needed
• Communicate special needs with Sewing and Fabrication Supervisors, and monitor progress
• Coordinate, monitor and update Sales and Management on progress of large, assigned orders
• Make appointments, contact customers, provide status of order/delivery, etc…, as required

SUMMARY:
Under moderate supervision, fits and assembles fiber optics components and/or assemblies using common hand and power assembly tools. Works from schematics, samples, written or verbal instructions. Requires high degree of manual dexterity. Work is usually short to medium cycle repetitive as part of an assembly line.

Assembler job duties:
* Reads work orders, follows production drawings and sample assemblies, or receives verbal instructions regarding duties to be performed.
* Positions and aligns parts in specified relationship to each other in jig, fixture, or other holding device.
* Crimps, screws, glues, epoxy, polishes, press fits, or performs similar operations to join or secure parts in place.
* Assembles and attaches hardware, such as connectors, caps, and clamps, to assemblies when appropriate or required.
* Tends machines that polish, press, shape, align, or wind component parts.
* Performs online testing and inspection to ensure parts and assemblies meet production specifications and standards.
