Assemblies printed circuit boards by insertion of applicable components in through hole fashion utilizing specific work instructions, procedures and various hand and air tools.

Minimum six months production work experience preferably from within a manufacturing industry.

Job Summary: This is the entry level position. The Production Packaging Associate is responsible for proper packaging of materials and finished products. This position will also load and move material and operate packaging equipment. The Utility Worker will also be required to follow Good Manufacturing Practices.?

Job Description of the Packaging Associate:

• Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
• Demonstrates punctuality and adheres to work schedule.
• Works well and effectively with others.
• Demonstrates a One Team Cross Functional attitude by working well and effectively with others
• Demonstrates safe work practices by wearing appropriate PPE, following Stop Think Act, and by immediately escalating abnormalities when found.
• Demonstrates Operator Driven Quality by performing hourly inspections, by adhering to GMP policy, and by immediately escalating issues when any defect is found.
• Can safely and efficiently operate on a designated line
• Can correctly run drop tests for bottles on designated line
• Monitor operation of conveyor systems and clear bottle jams from lines
• Discard defective bottles and report poor quality issues to management
• Ensure proper packing and packaging of product in accordance with specific customer requirements.
• Keeps work area neat, clean, and organized.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
• Duties may differentiate by plant based on equipment and plant design.

Shift: 10:30pm – 5:30am

Payrate: $18.50

Must be able to train 2-3 on 1st or 2nd shift before moving to 3rd!

PREFORM OPERATOR

Operate a hydraulic preform press to load and unload fabric material and items to shape and press (imprint) into form; perform some hand trimming operations and other activities.

ESSENTIAL ELEMENTS

() Make adjustments to controls for heat, pad pressure, ram pressure and time as referenced per work instruction; or, by issuing temporary ECNs.

() Perform a variety of hand and machine operations to load, unload and operate single stage, single or multiple cavity hydraulic compression presses to shape and imprint patterns fabric materials. Make necessary visual parts inspections.

() Have first and subsequent pieces inspected. Visually check parts prior to and at completion of machine or hand operations. Separate bad or questionable rejects.

() Count, identify, box, pack or stack completed work or items to be further processed and move to holding area.

() Perform various hand operations to trim excess materials.

SECONDARY FUNCTIONS:

() As required or as necessitated by work loads or (un)availability of personnel operate clicker machine or fabric cutter operation.

() Complete work sheets and work travellers, note job and job number, times worked, machines used, number of items completed, reject counts and other information. Move materials as necessary in the performance of duties or as directed. Detect and report improper operation of faulty equipment and questionable conditions to the supervisor. Maintain work area and equipment in a clean, safe and orderly condition. Follow prescribed safety rules and regulations. Maintain quality standards.

() Perform other related duties as directed.

1st shift 5:30am-3pm

This role will be in production for industrial rubber diagraphms. Use of hydraulic press . Good hand eye coordination and attention to detail . Standing work and light lifting up to 40 lbs. Previous production work experience required.

Machine Mold Operator
Ability to use hydraulic press to produce product.
Quality awareness of raw materials. Hand eye coordination and basic mechanical aptitude.
Material handling of components, finished parts, and supplies
Inspecting the parts being produced using approved methods. Lifting up to 40 lbs on occasion.
Previous machine operator and production work experience. Informing Group Leader of bad quality molds and other production problems
Complete daily production work.
Keeping all work areas clean, neat and safe. Standing work environment.
