About the Role

For a historic church in downtown Indianapolis, seeking a dependable and skilled Maintenance Technician. This is a part-time role with flexible hours, ideal for someone with a heart for service and hands-on maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic building maintenance and repairs (e.g. doors, minor plumbing, filters)

• Conduct preventative maintenance checks and tasks

• Maintain the church grounds, including lawn care, sidewalk cleanup, and trash removal

• Monitor facility for safety and repair needs

• Work independently with a flexible schedule (average 12–20 hours/week)

Qualifications

• General maintenance or handyman experience

• Groundskeeping or preventative maintenance skills

• Reliable and able to work respectfully in a historic building

• Comfortable lifting 30+ lbs and working indoors/outdoors in varying weather

Shift: 4 10 hours shifts M-T 5am-3pm

Location: Devens, MA

As an Extrusion Production Operator you will be responsible for product movement, monitoring and identifying quality issues to achieve required quality standards.

Job Duties:

The ideal Powder painter will have prior painting experience or have worked the manufacturing field on a production line. 

Shift: 6am- 2:30pm Monday – Friday 

Pay Rate: $18-25/hr Based On Experience

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Applies powder coating to metal products according to production standard.
• Light assembly of sheet metals 
• Deburring metal panel 
• Perform repetitive motions while painting 
• Ensure product is painted/cured to quality standard

• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine welding requirements.

• Set up and operate TIG/MIG welding equipment including torches, gas tanks, and power supplies.

• Weld metals such as stainless steel, aluminum, and titanium with precision using the TIG process.

• Monitor welding conditions and adjust settings (voltage, wire speed, gas flow) to ensure proper welds.

Westaff has 6 openings for 1st and 2nd shift Hydroblaster Operators. This position is physical and requires high pressure Hydroblasting experience.

Located in St Gabriel, LA 

1st shift: 7am-330pm, may require earlier start time 

2nd shift: 300pm – midnight, may require working later 

Working Conditions:

Ability to work in heat, noise, dusty, cold, chemical exposures, pinching hazards, stand for long periods of time, some bending, stooping, push/pull, twisting, squatting, lifting & climbing, requires 50 lb. lifting ability, and exposure to normal shop hazards.

Basic Function:

Under the direction of the Shift Supervisor, the Hydro Blaster assists in unloading bundles off trucks. Places bundles on the cleaning fixtures and operates cleaning equipment to clean bundles. Once bundles are cleaned, they are prepped for shipment and loaded on truck for delivery.

 Essential Duties:

• Unload and load Heat Exchanger Equipment from trucks
• Prepare cleaning equipment for each job
• Maintains appropriate housekeeping of Cleaning Shop
• Performs minor maintenance on equipment.
• Performs preventative maintenance on the equipment
• Inspects finished product
• Prepare finished product for shipment
• Performs assigned tasks in a safe manner, avoiding all unsafe practices
• Performs internal quality control of cleaning procedures
• Sets up and performs jobs based on shop practices and procedures

• Read blue print proficiently
• Good paperwork and counting skills
