- Communicates efficiently with maintenance and other staff members
Molding Machine Operator Requirements:
- Experience in food production and manufacturing, familiarity with GMPs
- Bilingual Spanish preferred
- Able to lift 50 lbs on occasion

Manufacturing Associates will be responsible for:
- Assembling product

- Operate automatic key cutting, cylinder shell loading and plug loading machines and equipment as required.

- Has direct oversight and responsibility for the accuracy and timeliness of all inbound and outbound loads.
- Ensures all receiving, inspection, and put away processes are performed correctly and completed daily.
- Makes recommendations to Dock Supervisor related to best practices and continuous improvement.
- Promotes a clean, sanitary and safe working environment at all times.
- Assists in maintaining an accurate inventory.
- Shares responsibility for building security, and safeguarding of assets.
- Can operate a multitude of fork trucks, man-ups, pallet jacks (manual and electric) with proficiency
- Learn and operate 3PL Warehouse Management Software
- Participate in daily meetings with facility manager to ensure work flow is completed timely and accurately
- Resolve all customer issues as they arise
- Must be willing to work in all areas of the operation including but not limited to pick and pack, light janitorial
and maintenance as needed
Schedule:
- 40-50 hours a week. Shifts Vary between the hours of 7am and 6pm.
Pay:
- $19-$21 depending on experience.
Requirements/qualifications:
- Must hold a valid NYS Drivers License
- 2 or more years of warehouse and logistics experience
- Self-motivated and disciplined team player with strong communication, interpersonal, and delegation skills.
