Essential Functions for Outside Processing Coordinator:

• Manage and maintain inventory accuracy and control by reviewing inventory levels and performing routine cycle counts via automated cycle count reports and on inventory identified as discrepant by planners, production staff or sourcing group.
• Processing of all 110 raw material receipts. Control of internal (100 Hyde warehouse) and external (supplier based) receipts and transactions: raw/VARCPTS/110 rack locations,  and/or delivery of material to QC when incoming inspection is required or staging to assembly lines
• Processing of all 110 outbound shipments (returns, vendor samples, outside process vendors) 
• Coordination of outside processes: creation/monitoring/tracking/expediting of phantom purchase orders. Proper preparation of shipments including packing and documentation for outside processes.
• Provide backup/support to material handling/crib functions.
• Ensure that procedures for kit shortages are adhered to and promptly reported to responsible production planner.
• Manage requisition process for efficient movement of raw materials from 100 to 110.
• Ensure that quantities above MO quantity on non-build thru parts are counted and actual quantities are stocked and transacted.  Further, review that raw material required to produce overage parts has been correctly issued into the MO.
• Maintain regular housekeeping of the 110 Receiving office area/stage lanes. 
• Maintain or have the ability to obtain fork truck certification.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Shifts: 1st shift Full-Time Mon – Fri  7:30am – 4:00pm  $20/hr.

            2nd shift Full-Time Sun – Thurs 4:00pm – 12:30am $21/hr.

1st Shift: This job will include inventory functions, receiving in and putting away product, sorting totes, cleaning and organizing product.  Must be able to use a pallet jack and lift 50 lbs.

2nd Shift: This job will be working the pick pack operation, dock area and or invoicing station.  Warehouse Associate will be trained to be able to work all departments of the nightly operations.  Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Strong Process Development skills and experience required; experience with setting up and troubleshooting all standard printed circuit board assembly processes: Screen-Printer set-up, Placement Programming, AOI Programming, Reflow Oven Profile, Wave Solder Recipes, etc. Experience with CAM software such as UNI CAM or AEGIS a big plus. Working knowledge of ISO 9001 AS9100 practices and IPC-610-A Workmanship Standards required Support the production schedule to meet customer satisfaction and company revenue goals. Constantly monitor processes and operations and draw from training and experience to identify opportunities for improvement Support generation and reporting of process metrics. Required Experience, Skills & Abilities: Minimum of five years of hands-on experience in printed circuit board assembly is required. A BS Degree in a related engineering discipline or equivalent experience is required. Strong Mechanical or Electro-Mechanical Background preferred Flexibility and ability to manage multiple and competing priorities. Ability to multi-task with strong sense of urgency. Ability to meet deadlines and to work with a minimum of oversight and direction Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) Willingness to perform all other duties, as assigned by management.
