Skills – Strong self-drive and sense of urgency is imperative. Excellent engineering skills including Materials and Statics is a pre-requisite. • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and maintenance staff to schedule repairs and ensure timely completion.
•  Follow up with tenants on service requests to ensure issues have been resolved to their satisfaction. 
• Maintain accurate records of work orders, service histories, and vendor interactions. 
• Monitor compliance with maintenance schedules, including preventive maintenance, inspections, and regulatory requirements (e.g., HVAC, fire systems). 
• Communicate urgent issues to property managers and escalate unresolved problems appropriately 
• Plan, coordinate, and execute resident events, seasonal celebrations, and community-building activities
• Resident Service Coordinator requirements:
• Familiarity with residential and commercial building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical). 
• Creativity and enthusiasm for planning engaging, inclusive events.
• Bilingual Spanish capabilities a plus.
• Knowledge of local and state housing regulations and maintenance standards.
• 2+ years of experience in property management, maintenance coordination, or resident services. 
• Experience in event planning or community engagement strongly preferred.

Shifts: 

RMA Quality Tech: Monday – Friday 7am -3:30pm

Quality Tech 1: Monday – Friday 11:30pm-7:30am

Pay: $18-22.00 an hour 

RMA Quality Technician Position: 

• The primary focus will be conducting detailed analyses to determine the root causes of products returned under RMA.
• The technician will also be responsible for completing root cause analyses and entering the results into several systems.

Requirements of RMA Quality Technician Postion:

• High school diploma or equivalent, or 6 months related experience.
• Ideal candidate should have a background with PC boards and the ability to perform analysis on circuit boards.

Quality Tech 3^rd Shift:
