Westaff is looking for Flexible Shift Customer Service in the Fort Lauderdale, FL area for IMMEDIATE HIRE!
Pay: $12.00/hr.
Hours: 7:45am to 9:00pm, Monday thru Sunday (2 alternate days off during the week)
Job Responsibilities:
- Take inbound and outbound calls from current clients in order to satisfy customers inquiries and problems
- Follow-up and update order status
- Handle customer questions and complains
- Communicate between department inside of company to fulfill clients orders
- Handle clients repairs and manufacturing orders to speedy resolutions to issues
- Data Entry to update customer file into company system
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years with Customer Service
- Minimum 1 years with Call Center experience
- Computer Savvy
- Well spoken in English Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
- Flexible Scheduled
