QUALITY / VALIDATION ENGINEER 

Location:  Devens, MA

Salary:  $75k to $85k with some flexibility for an ideal candidate.

This Quality / Validation Engineer opportunity offers an enriched and broad scope at our site, as it involves working collaboratively with teams in supply chain, quality, engineering, and project management. With a keen eye to detail, and a customer- focused approach, the primary focuses of this role includes designing verification and validation test protocols, executing product, equipment, and facility validation test programs, reporting and ownership of critical quality metrics and on-going production quality support. In this capacity, you will play an essential role in providing high level quality assurance on our components, products, and processes, to ensure that we meet the required customer and regulatory standards and never compromise our core values. 

As an integral part of our success in our first year of delivering the new facility, you will initially be focused on:

• Collaboration with the sending and receiving site team to assist in executing Product Quality Life-Cycle requirements and associated processes.  This may include New Production introduction, Risk Management, Change Management, Production, Performance Monitoring and Continuous Improvement.
• Collaborate with production to develop and implement quality controls and process improvements.
• Work with engineering to monitor and analyze quality performance in production and collaborate with the manufacturing and engineering teams as well as lead improvement opportunities.
• Identify, investigate, and assess risk of specific product / process non-conformances and develop 8D corrective actions, and improvements as required.
