Westaff is looking for an Admin Assistant for a highly desirable Health Care Organization in the Burlington VT area. This person will provide admin support to a small department or complement higher level admin in a large department.
Shift: M-F 8:00am-4:30pm (some flexibility)
Duration: Temp (possibility of extension)
Department Assistant Job Description:
- Take calls from Insurance Line
- Return calls from voicemails
- Performs fundamental clerical duties
Department Assistant Job Requirements:
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Answers phones
- Awareness of HIPAA rules/regulations
- Take calls from Insurance line and voicemail
- Previous experience in office environment.
