Westaff is looking for an Admin Assistant for a highly desirable Health Care Organization in the Burlington VT area. This person will provide admin support to a small department or complement higher level admin in a large department.

Pay: $16 
Shift: M-F 8:00am-4:30pm (some flexibility)
Duration: Temp (possibility of extension)

Department Assistant Job Description:

  • Take calls from Insurance Line
  • Return calls from voicemails
  • Faxing 
  • Performs fundamental clerical duties

Department Assistant Job Requirements:

  • Excellent phone etiquette
  • Answers phones
  • Awareness of HIPAA rules/regulations
  • Take calls from Insurance line and voicemail
  • Previous experience in office environment.
