Westaff is partnering with a well established company in Hartford, CT who has an immediate openings for an Office Administrator!


This is a Full Time position paying $16/hr 
(temp to perm)

The Office Administrator will have a busy day with many different tasks, such as: 

  • Manage emails, letters, orders, phone calls and other forms of correspondence
  • Maintain general office files, including vendor files, and other files related to the company’s operations.
  • Responsible for ordering and correspondence between the Company and its vendors
  • Manage Work Orders and Purchase Orders
  • Track maintenance inventory
  • Track and replace office supplies as necessary
  • Submit reports as needed to Managers

Must be able to work in a fast paced environment and remain professional while being able to multi-task. 

The ideal candidate will have 3 + years of related office experience, and a good working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
