Westaff is looking for a great Customer Service Representative to join our client’s dynamic team in the Margate area!

Shift: Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm
Pay $11:00 per hour

Job Duties

• To provide outstanding customer service is priority

• Assist with general inquiries about products & services
• Will be required to handle high volume incoming calls
• Processing customer orders and status inquiries
• Dispatching delivery drives based on schedule

• Provide customer’s estimated time of arrivals
• Data entry and basic computer skills

Requirements
• Flexible to work between Monday- Sundays
• Data entry, customer service and handling calls
• Good command of the English languages
• Basic computer skills

• Organizational and professional skills
