Westaff is actively seeking a Brand Manager for our client in the vibrant and beautiful area of Littleton, NH, names one of the Best Towns in USA by Outside Magazine!

Job Description: Qualified candidate is fully responsible for managing the brand or brand subdivision, developing brand plans, executing projects, and supporting marketing strategies. This position manages cross-functionally to create brand relevancy, drive profitable growth, and support brand equity.

  • Schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Monday – Friday
  • Rate of Pay: DOE

Essential Job Functions:

  • Develop, present, execute consumer-relevant and annual marketing plans for brand
  • Conduct routine analysis of the brand to enhance brand and company performance
  • Comprehend internal brand metrics, including sales and profit, to actively contribute to sales projections and financial planning
  • Build business cases that demonstrate a deep understating of consumer insights, marketplace trends, and customer interests
  • Ensure all Quality and Regulatory requirements are met
  • Manage brand SKU rationalization and profit optimization
  • Lead development and execution of annual business planning, as part of the company’s Annual Operating Plan and longer-term strategic plan
  • Evaluate product portfolio, recommending new product launches and improvements
  • Develop and execute marketing communications, including advertising via different platforms
  • Communicate regularly with the Sales team and Marketing team

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of experience in a marketing position within a CPG company
  • Exceptional analytical, communication, presentation, collaborative, negotiation, and interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Strong record of complex project management with multi-disciplinary teams
  • Proficient Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to prioritize, measure, and drive results in an entrepreneurial work environment
  • Ability to take a more generalist ‘business’ approach to drive business
  • Ability to work under pressure, with an initiative driven mindset
  • Research experience of Qualitative and Quantitative methods
  • Previous experience with full P&L responsibility, a plus
