Aviation maintenance provider near MIA hiring Pneumatic Component Bench Technician (PNE Tech).
Technician to provide Electro-Mechanic/Pneumatic maintenance on Aircraft for carious airlines. Provides technical support for airlines, ranging from air frame maintenance to engine overhaul and repair and supply of components.
Shift: Mon-Fri 7:00 am - 3:45 pm
Pay $ 22.00/ hour DOE
Duties and Responsibilities:
Performs testing, fault isolation, inspection, quoting, repair, preventative maintenance and rework on various @types of A/C pneumatic component accessories to include but not limited to:
Press. Reg. Shut Off Valves, Flow Control Valves, Cabin Press. Safety Valves, Surge Control Valves, Fan Air Modulating Valves, Start Valves, Low limit Valves, High Press. Controllers, Anti-Ice Valves
Pneumatic Starters and Electro-pneumatic components, while keeping in line with the respective
CMM, SPM, SB/AD, EO, Airline Tech. Document, or other OEM Tech. Data.
Performs training with any required shop team members and assists the lead technician to evaluate individuals’ technology levels within the shop. Also works closely with engineering dept. to improve/modify existing capabilities, and assist with any new development studies.
Needs to be familiar with a variety of the work shop concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish individual goals for maximum productivity. Performs a variety of complicated tasks, while keeping the highest quality standard. Usually reports to the lead technician, supervisor, or manager
High School diploma or its equivalent 3 + years of experience in the field or related area. Possesses the ability to follow written instructions from technical manuals and other documents.
