This is an office position to help support manufacturing operations. Must be comfortable working within a manufacturing environment. Must have previous administrative experience, including experience with documenting inventory. 3+ years of administrative experience is required. Skills/Experience must include: Answering phones, filing, faxing, scanning documents, data entry, proofreading, inventory, document management, good organization, ability to communicate clearly and respectfully with individuals at various levels and from all backgrounds, and be able to move from one task to the next and re-prioritizing throughout the day.
