Westaff, Meriden, is recruiting for a Full-Time (Permanent) experienced Project Manager.
Individual must have a strong civil background and minimum 3 years- experience with knowledge of budgeting, estimating, scheduling, purchasing and overall site work project management.
- Coordinating and managing the entire project from estimate/start up through closeout.
- Manage subcontractors and vendors, execute trade buyouts, negotiate and prepare contracts, track job costs and preparation of payment applications.
- Prepare and negotiate Change Orders
- Track submittals, issues, etc.
- Project scheduling
-Budgeting, estimating, purchasing, overall site management.
-Bachelor's in Construction Management and/or Civil Engineering
-Minimum 3 years-experience in site work project management- experience with bridges, underground utilities, culverts, improvement packages, paving, excavation, etc.
-Experience with MS Word, Excel, Outlook & Project.
-Experience with project management software preferred
--OSHA 10 or 30 Certified preferred
