Production Superintendent
Pay: $80K – $90K
Supervisory Job Functions
· Effectively manage a total staff of 2 Supervisors and up to 100 hourly employees.
· Supervise, coach and train employees, providing professional development through ongoing feedback of strengths and needed improvement.
· Manage employee performance, providing positive and/or corrective feedback.
Job Requirements:
· At least five (5) years working in a management role, preferably in a poultry processing industry, with specific experience managing shipping operations. Other combinations of education and experience will be considered.
· Strong leadership and management skills in a high-paced environment.
· Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
· At least eighteen (18) years of age.
· Must be legally eligible to work in accordance with federal and state law.
· Must be able to work various hours/holidays/weekends as required
