Westaff is Hiring of Warehouse and Assembly Roles in Farmington, CT!
Multiple Shifts.
Pay Rate: $18 – $20 an hour
Responsibilities:
- Assemble products by following work instructions, drawings, schematics, and order specifications.
- Install and connect components using hand and power tools while maintaining quality and safety standards.
- Inspect finished products for accuracy, fit, function, and quality using checklists and documentation.
- Package completed products, assemblies, and hardware using appropriate protective materials to ensure safe shipment.
- Prepare products for shipping according to company requirements.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in assembly, packing, manufacturing, or production environments preferred.
- Ability to read and follow work instructions, blueprints, diagrams, schematics, or checklists.
- Experience using hand tools, measuring devices, and power tools safely and effectively.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights as needed.
- Reliable work ethic with a commitment to safety, quality, and productivity.
- Willingness to train and learn new processes and equipment.
