Machine Operators Needed – Lincoln, NH
Pay: $19.19-$23.69
$1,000 Sign-On Bonus after 90 days based on attendance and performance.
Westaff is seeking motivated Machine Operators to join a growing manufacturing team in Lincoln, NH. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced production environment and take pride in producing quality work, we’d like to hear from you.
Available Shifts:
- 1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM
- 3rd Shift: Monday-Saturday, 11:00 PM-7:00 AM
- 5th Shift: Friday-Sunday, 6:00 PM-6:00 AM
Job Responsibilities:
- Operate production equipment, including presses, lathes, crimping, and braid winding machines
- Read and follow blueprints, work instructions, and specifications
- Perform quality inspections and document production data
- Make minor machine adjustments as needed
- Monitor materials and inventory levels
- Report equipment issues, defects, or safety concerns
- Maintain safety and quality standards throughout production
Qualifications:
- Previous machine operating experience preferred
- Ability to read tape measures and other measuring devices
- Basic math and reading skills
- Ability to use hand tools and follow written instructions
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and perform repetitive tasks
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
