- Read blueprints and work instructions
- Inspect products and record production data
- Make basic machine adjustments and troubleshoot minor issues
- Follow all safety and quality standards
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Machine operating experience preferred
- Ability to read measuring devices and use hand tools
- Basic math and problem-solving skills
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Physical Requirements
- Lift up to 35 lbs.
- Stand, bend, and perform repetitive tasks
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
