4-Day Work Week | Monday-Thursday | $20.00-$21.70/Hour

Schedule
- Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM-4:30 PM

Pay
- $20.00-$21.70 per hour
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate production equipment
- Follow work orders and production specifications
- Inspect products and complete production records
- Troubleshoot minor equipment issues
- Support material movement and production flow
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace
- Work with team members to meet daily production goals
Qualifications
- Manufacturing experience preferred
- CNC machine operating experience is a plus
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable attendance and strong safety awareness
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
