CDL Driver – Flatbed / Step Deck$25.00 per Hour | Home Most Nights | Every Other Weekend Off
Pay & Schedule
- $25.00 per hour
- Home most nights

- Daylight-hour runs whenever feasible
- Occasional overnight trips with required DOT reset away from home terminal
- On-call rotation required
Primary Responsibilities
- Deliver and pick up casing running equipment using step deck flatbed trailers
- Transport equipment to and from drilling rig locations throughout the Haynesville Shale area, including:
- Louisiana: Bossier, Caddo, DeSoto, Red River, Sabine, and Webster Parishes
- East Texas: Panola, Harrison, San Augustine, Angelina, and Smith Counties
- Ensure cargo is properly secured and transported safely
Minimum Qualifications
- Valid CDL (Class A preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of CDL driving experience
- Minimum 1 year of flatbed driving experience
- Ability to operate a manual transmission
- Clean driving record and ability to meet DOT requirements
On-Call Requirements
Due to the 24/7 nature of the oilfield industry, drivers participate in an on-call schedule. While on call, drivers with available DOT driving hours are expected to:
- Be available to respond to dispatch requests
- Remain fit for duty
- Meet customer and operational requirements as needed
