Production Packager
Location: Fairfax, VT
Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay: $18.50/hour
Join a growing team in Fairfax, VT as a Production Packager! This hands-on role is ideal for individuals who enjoy staying active, working with a team, and paying close attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Count and verify products before packaging and display placement
- Label containers, tags, and finished products
- Inspect products and packaging to ensure quality standards are met
- Complete production, packaging, and inventory documentation
- Remove defective items and follow inventory control procedures
- Seal containers using tape, glue, fasteners, and hand tools
- Move, sort, and stage products, materials, and pallets
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Communicate operational issues and questions to the Lead Packager
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout the shift
- Reliable attendance and a positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Previous manufacturing, packaging, or warehouse experience is a plus
