Seasonal Shipping Order Picker / Warehouse Associate – Williston, VT
Seasonal Opportunity – Join Our Warehouse Team!
We’re looking for dependable and detail-oriented Seasonal Shipping Order Pickers / Warehouse Associates to support our busy season. This assignment is expected to run through the end of December, with the potential for extension based on business needs and demand.
Schedule
- Start Date: Mid-November
- 1st Shift: 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM
- Transition to 2nd Shift in December: 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM
- Flexibility to work both shifts is required.
Responsibilities
- Pick customer orders using RF scanners and pick tickets
- Verify order accuracy before shipment
- Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) inventory and product rotation procedures
- Pack orders to ensure safe delivery to customers
- Report inventory shortages, stock outages, quality concerns, and equipment issues
- Transfer products between warehouse locations using handheld systems
- Follow shipping procedures and customer-specific requirements
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Collaborate with team members to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Ensure orders are completed accurately and on time
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse, shipping, order-picking, or distribution experience preferred
- Experience with RF scanners is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
