Job Opening: Dental Assistant

Dental Assistant – Direct Hire Opportunity | Alexandria, LA

Looking for a rewarding career in dental care? A well-established dental office in Alexandria, LA is seeking a dependable and friendly Dental Assistant to join their team! Previous dental assisting experience is preferred. Expanded Duties certification is a plus, but not required.

Direct Hire Position – Become part of the team from day one!

Pay: $15.00 – $20.00/hour (based on experience)

Schedule:

• Monday – Thursday: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
• Occasional flexibility may be needed for extended patient procedures

Responsibilities:

• Assist the dentist during exams and procedures
• Prepare, clean, and sanitize treatment rooms
• Sterilize instruments and maintain dental equipment
• Provide excellent patient care and support
• Help stock supplies and prepare the office for the upcoming week

Qualifications:

• Dental assisting experience preferred
• Expanded Duties certification is a plus
• Strong communication and patient service skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
