Event: ASH Annual Meeting & Exposition
Pay: $20.00-$35.00+ per hour (Based on Experience & Position)
Job Type: Temporary / Event-Based W-2 Employment
Schedule: Day, Evening, Overnight, and Weekend Shifts Available

We are hiring Stagehands, AV Helpers, Audio Technicians, Video Technicians, Lighting Technicians, LED Wall Technicians, Projection Technicians, Production Assistants, and Event Production Crew Members to support the upcoming ASH Annual Meeting & Exposition in New Orleans.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with experience in live events, conventions, trade shows, corporate meetings, theater production, concerts, and event technology. Opportunities are available for both entry-level and experienced technicians.

Responsibilities
Stagehands & Production Crew
- Assist with event setup, installation, and teardown
- Load, unload, and transport equipment
- Assemble staging, pipe and drape, and event materials
- Support AV departments with equipment deployment
- Maintain a safe and organized work area
Audio Visual Technicians
- Set up, operate, and strike audio, video, and lighting systems
- Install projectors, LED walls, monitors, and presentation equipment
- Test and troubleshoot AV systems
- Support presenters and production teams during live sessions
- Ensure high-quality event execution
Qualifications
- Previous experience in live events, AV, conventions, trade shows, theater, concerts, or production preferred
- Familiarity with audio, video, lighting, LED, projection, or staging equipment preferred
- Ability to lift and move event equipment safely
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Dependable and punctual
- Ability to work flexible schedules and long event days
- Professional appearance and attitude
Important Employment Information
? All positions are W-2 employee positions. We are not accepting 1099 contractors for this event.
? Weekly Pay. Get paid the week following the work performed.
? No Net-30, Net-45, or Net-60 payment terms. This is direct employment with weekly payroll processing.
? Overtime opportunities may be available based on event needs.
