Westaff is looking for Electro-Mechanical Panel Assembler in the Sterling, MA area for Immediate Start!

Location: Sterling, MA

Shift: Monday-Thursday 6:00am – 4:30pm

Pay Rate: $18-$25/hour DOE

This position is responsible for assembling panels and subassemblies.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble panels and subassemblies
• Perform wiring, cable preparation, and soldering
• Read work instructions, drawings, and schematics
• Use hand tools and basic testing equipment
• Inspect finished products for quality
• Maintain accurate production records
• Follow all safety and quality procedures

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1+ year of assembly or manufacturing experience
• Experience using hand tools
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to follow written instructions
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Preferred:

• Soldering experience
• Electronic assembly experience
• Experience with wire harnesses and cable assemblies
