Warehouse Associate – Holliston, MA
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay: $22.26 per hour
We are seeking a reliable, safety-focused Warehouse Associate to assist with receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products while maintaining accuracy and productivity standards.
Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, inspect, and store incoming merchandise and materials
- Accurately pick orders using a voice-picking system
- Pack and prepare products for shipment
- Load trucks and stage materials for distribution
- Fill customer orders and requisitions in a timely manner
- Operate warehouse equipment, including power jacks and double walkies
- Maintain inventory accuracy and follow all safety procedures
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs. throughout the shift
- Experience operating power jacks and double walkies
- Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and safety practices
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Additional Information
- Overtime required, averaging 8-10 hours per week
- Reports directly to the Warehouse Supervisor or Manager
- Must be dependable, safety-conscious, and comfortable in a physically demanding environment
