CNC Machinist B (Swiss) | 2nd Shift

Pay: Starting at $21.00/hr plus a 10% shift differential. Higher pay may be available based on experience.

Position Summary

Responsible for the setup, operation, and production of quality parts on CNC Swiss machines while meeting production and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

Set up and operate CNC Swiss machines
Perform quality inspections using calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and other precision measuring tools
Read blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
Troubleshoot machining and production issues
Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed
Maintain tooling and equipment
Deburr and inspect finished parts
Follow safety, quality, and company procedures
Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications:

Basic machining knowledge required
Ability to measure critical dimensions accurately
High school diploma or equivalent
2-5 years of CNC setup and operating experience preferred
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
Candidates with basic machining experience and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply

Training: Candidates may start 2-3 hours earlier during training depending on experience level.
