Job Opening: Assistant Manager
Description
Term: Permanent
Pay: $20 – 27/hour DOE + tips + overtime

March – October: 40 – 60 hours/week

November – April: 20 – 35 hours/week
What You Will Do:
-
During the offseason, receive mail and take reservations
-
Coordinate guest services activities (customized menu, guest itineraries, guest in-take forms etc.)
-
Scheduling staff shifts
-
Document fishing licenses and coordinate fishing trips
-
Manage social media accounts
-
Guide guests through checkout
-
Shop for lodge supplies
-
Learn housekeeping and serving duties to fill in if necessary
What You Will Bring:
-
Hospitality experience strongly preferred
-
Resort/hotel experience preferred
-
Luxury/high-end food and beverage experience preferred
-
Hospitality degree is a bonus
-
Be proficient in Microsoft Office
-
Familiar with popular social media sites
-
Familiar with vehicle maintenance and building maintenance
-
Be detail-oriented and proactive
