Westaff is Looking for a Logistics Driver/Warehouse Associate in the Warwick RI area for Immediate Start!
Direct Hire Opportunity
Location: Warwick RI
Shift: Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm
Pay Rate: $21/.00/hour
What You'll Do
- Deliver parts, materials, and supplies to local vendors and customers using a company vehicle
- Load and unload deliveries while verifying quantities and paperwork accuracy
- Safely operate company vehicles while following all traffic laws and DOT requirements
- Assist with order picking, packing, and shipping activities
- Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness standards (5S)
- Perform general warehouse duties as needed
- Follow all safety and quality procedures
- Communicate equipment, inventory, or workflow issues to leadership
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and current DOT Medical Card
- High School Diploma or GED
- Previous delivery driving and warehouse experience preferred
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Experience with JD Edwards is a plus
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
