NOW HIRING: CEMENT TRUCK DRIVER
Earn $19.50 Per Hour
What You’ll Do
- Safely operate a concrete mixer truck in compliance with company, state, and federal regulations
- Deliver ready-mix concrete to customer job sites
- Adjust concrete slump as requested and safely discharge loads using mixer controls and chutes
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report maintenance concerns promptly
- Clean mixer drums, chutes, and related equipment to maintain proper operation
- Complete delivery documentation and collect payments when required
- Monitor vehicle condition, including oil, fuel, coolant, and other essential systems
- Maintain communication with dispatch and supervisors using GPS, radios, and other devices
- Assist with plant operations, housekeeping, and general maintenance duties as needed
- Operate additional equipment such as plant trucks, road sweepers, and other site machinery when required
What We’re Looking For
- Valid Class B CDL (Required)
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in ready-mix concrete, construction, or a related industry preferred
- Mechanical aptitude and basic math skills
- Ability to read gauges and operate mixer controls
- Commitment to safety, quality, and customer service
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently
