Front Counter Sales Representative
We are seeking a customer-focused and motivated Front Counter Sales Representative to join the team of a specialized construction company. This role serves as the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service while assisting with sales, order processing, and general counter operations. Candidates with construction industry experience or experience working with professional contractors are strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Provide product information and recommendations based on customer needs.
- Process sales transactions, quotes, and orders accurately.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Support day-to-day front counter operations and administrative tasks.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure excellent customer service.
- Participate in annual inventory activities which includes only 2 Saturdays per year.
- Basic computer and point-of-sale system proficiency.
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting Salary: $38,000 annually
- Benefits Eligibility: After 90 days of employment
- 401(k) Eligibility: After 1 year of service
- Additional Time Off: One free Friday per month after 6 months of employment
