Earn $20.00-$30.00 Per Hour (DOE)

What You’ll Do
- Interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications to determine machining requirements
- Verify dimensions, cutting configurations, machine speeds, feed rates, and tooling selections
- Calculate angular and linear dimensions, radii, curvatures, and machining sequences
- Create and modify part layouts using CAD software
- Troubleshoot, revise, and optimize CNC programs to eliminate errors and improve efficiency
- Monitor machine operations to ensure quality, accuracy, and production standards are met
- Perform inspections and adjustments to maintain tight tolerances and high-quality finished products
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of machining experience
- Strong blueprint reading skills
- Working knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing)
- Experience with CNC programming and machining processes
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
