Warehouse Forklift Operator

Pay Rate: Up to $19.00/hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:30 PM

Interview Process: Candidates must successfully complete an interview, which may be conducted either in person or by phone.

Position Overview

We are currently seeking a dependable and experienced Warehouse Forklift Operator to join our team. This position is ideal for individuals with a strong warehouse background and proven experience operating various types of industrial equipment.

Swing Reach Experience is REQUIRED

Candidates must have recent, hands-on experience operating a Swing Reach forklift. This is a critical requirement for the position and applicants without Swing Reach experience will not be considered.

In addition to Swing Reach, candidates should be experienced operating a Cherry Picker, Stand-Up Forklift, and Sit-Down Forklift.

Required Qualifications

• Mandatory: Swing Reach forklift experience
• Certified and experienced operating:
  • Swing Reach Forklift
  • Cherry Picker
  • Stand-Up Forklift
  • Sit-Down Forklift
• Previous industrial warehouse experience
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and workload demands
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Important Resume Requirement

Applicants must clearly list their Swing Reach and other warehouse equipment operating experience on their resume. Resumes that do not demonstrate relevant equipment experience, particularly Swing Reach operation, may not be considered for review.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

• Safely operate a Swing Reach forklift to move, store, and retrieve materials
• Operate Cherry Pickers, Stand-Up Forklifts, and Sit-Down Forklifts as needed
• Pick, stage, and transport inventory throughout the warehouse
• Load and unload shipments accurately and efficiently
• Replenish stock and maintain inventory locations
• Perform order fulfillment and material handling duties
• Follow all OSHA and company safety guidelines
• Conduct equipment inspections and report maintenance concerns
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Assist in other warehouse functions based on business needs, staffing, and workload fluctuations
