Assignment Expected Through 10/31/2026
12-Hour Rotating Shifts
Must Be Available Sunday-Saturday
Westaff is seeking dependable and hardworking individuals to join a leading dairy manufacturer as a Short-Term Cheese Production Associate. If you enjoy staying active, working as part of a team, and earning competitive pay, this could be the opportunity for you!
What You’ll Do:
- Operate box-making equipment
- Move pallets of boxes and hoops into production areas
- Pull and stage box parts, bags, and supplies for production
- Clean and handle large cheese wheels as part of the manufacturing process
- Box finished products weighing up to 40 lbs.
- Provide break relief for cheese line operators
- Perform general housekeeping, sanitation, and setup tasks
- Follow safety and quality procedures in a fast-paced production environment
Schedule:
- 2 Day Shifts: 4:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- 2 Night Shifts: 4:00 PM – 4:00 AM
- Rotating schedule
- Availability required Sunday through Saturday
Qualifications:
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. regularly
- Comfortable with physical work throughout a 12-hour shift
- Strong attendance and reliability
- Ability to work both day and night shifts
- Team-focused attitude with a commitment to safety
